8k777 Responsible Gaming — Stay in Control
8k777 believes gaming is always for entertainment. Our safe gaming tools and support are always ready to give you a secure and enjoyable experience.
Is Gaming Entertainment or a Problem?
Online gaming is an exciting form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it must be enjoyed responsibly. At 8k777, our first priority is the wellbeing and safety of our players. We want you to finish every gaming session feeling happy — not frustrated.
Responsible gaming means knowing your limits and playing within them. It is not only about money — it is also about time. People often do not realise when gaming starts to have a negative effect on their lives. Our goal is to give you the right information and tools before that moment arrives.
On the 8k777 platform, we have put in place certain policies and features that help every player stay in full control of their gaming experience. Learn more about our safe gaming measures below.
Remember — gaming should never be seen as a source of income. Never play with money set aside for essential expenses or borrowed money. Winning and losing are both part of gaming, and placing bigger bets to try to "win back" losses is a dangerous habit.

Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice one or more of the signs below in yourself, pause and seek support.
- You are repeatedly placing bigger bets to "win back" lost money and losing more after every loss.
- You are lying about gaming or hiding from family and friends how much time and money you are spending.
- You are prioritising gaming over eating, sleeping, or spending time with family.
- You are trying to stop gaming but cannot — it feels difficult to quit.
- You are gaming with money meant for bills, rent, or essential expenses, or borrowing money to place bets.
- You feel restless, irritated, or anxious when not gaming — and you see gaming as the solution to stress.
- You cannot focus on work, studies, or family responsibilities because gaming is constantly on your mind.
If any of the signs above feel familiar to you, that is not a weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness. Seeking help at the right time is an act of courage. Contact the 8k777 support team or use our self-exclusion feature.
Control Tools & Limits
Deposit & Loss Limits
At 8k777 you can set deposit limits on your account — on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Once a set limit is reached, no further deposits will be possible within that period. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one takes effect after a waiting period — protecting you from decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limit
You can decide how long you will game in one sitting. Once the set time has passed, 8k777 will automatically remind you or end the session. Playing without watching the clock and losing track of time is one of the signs of problematic gaming.
Cooling-Off Period
If you need a temporary break, use the cooling-off feature. You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, no promotional communications will be sent to you either.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term or permanent break from gaming, contact our support team. We will help close your account permanently and will respect this decision. Attempting to open a new account after self-exclusion is against our terms and conditions.
Betting History & Reports
You can view all your gaming activity transparently from the account panel. Check your deposit, withdrawal, and betting summary for the past week, past month, or a specific period.
Age Verification & Protection
8k777 is for ages 21 and above only. Age and identity are verified at the time of account creation. If we suspect any account belongs to a minor, it will be suspended immediately.
Simple Tips for Responsible Gaming
- Set a budget before you play, and once it is used up, stop for the day.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income — it is entertainment, and guaranteed earnings through it are not possible.
- Increasing bets to recover lost money is "chasing losses" — it is one of the most harmful habits.
- Take regular breaks — get up between gaming sessions, walk around, and spend time with family.
- Do not game while drinking or when tired — it is easier to make clear decisions with a clear head.
- If someone expresses concern about your gaming, listen to them carefully.
- Use your 8k777 account for yourself only — do not share your account with any friend or family member.
